Re-Enrollment forms for 2008-2009
The Berean Christian High School re-enrollment packet for students returning in 2008-2009 consists of the following 18 documents. Please download them to your computer, print them, carefully read them, sign where appropriate and return the necessary pages and requested materials to BCHS in person or by mail. The completed re-enrollment forms are due by March 3, 2008. If you have any questions please contact our office at (925) 945-6464.
