Typically, several weeks into the school year, the entire student body goes to Woodleaf Retreat Center in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountains for the annual "All School Retreat." Over the three days spent at retreat a speaker is brought in to speak to students about the theme for the year and to challenge students in their walk with Christ. There are also seminars and class fire circles. Students participate in class competitions, along with fun activities the camp provides.
Spring Retreat is aimed for those students who desire a spiritual up-lift during the school year and seek to grow in their faith. We leave Friday after school and return Sunday. Intensive time is spent studying scripture during four sessions. A new speaker is chosen each year and the topic is chosen by the spiritual emphasis team. There is also free time and seminars to round out the weekend.
